Say it. Turn it into a card.

Create cards from voice or text with AI, without losing a thought while you switch between tools.

Context stays with the task

Comments, attachments, checklists and change history keep the details where the work happens.

Share a clear view

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions. Clear answers.

How are boards and canvases different?

Kanban boards organize cards into stages so you can follow the work. Canvases are open spaces for notes, diagrams, images and connections. Use whichever fits the task.

Can I share something outside my team?

Yes. Boards and canvases can have a public link for read-only viewing. You can disable public access or generate a new link. Editing still happens inside the workspace.

What can I put on a canvas?

Text, shapes, images, freehand drawings, frames and connected arrows. You can group and arrange objects or start with a ready-made template.

How does voice card creation work?

Describe a task by voice or enter text. eBoard uses Orcestr’s AI tools to create cards from that context. AI access and credits depend on your workspace settings.

Do I need a separate account?

eBoard is part of Orcestr. Open the workspace and sign in with your Orcestr account. A workspace administrator manages module access and team permissions.
